Schedule a Team Meeting

To schedule a Team Meeting:

  1. From the left-side navigation panel, select your team's icon.
  2. Select the Create a Meeting icon.
  3. If your organization has the Microsoft Teams Integration enabled the option to create a Microsoft Teams Meeting will be available. You can also add an external link to create a meeting.
  4. Enter the following information for the meeting:
    -Meeting Title
    -Meeting Goal
    -Location (External Link) 
    -Meeting Time
  5. Select the blue Schedule button.

You must authorize your own Microsoft Teams account when creating the event.

Scheduling a Meeting

You may schedule a meeting by clicking on 'Create a Meeting"

If your organization has the Microsoft Teams Integration enabled the option to create a Microsoft Teams Meeting will be available. You can also add an external link to create a meeting. Select your desired option. 

For Microsoft Teams, the creator of the event would need to authorize their own Microsoft Teams account.

To edit a team meeting:

  1. Locate the meeting in the Team Workspace.
  2. Hover over the top right corner of the meeting.
  3. Select down arrow.
  4. Select Edit from the drop-down menu.
  5. Edit the meeting's settings.
  6. Select the blue Schedule button.
