You may find members of the teaching team by going to the Community tab and selecting the "Teaching Team" option.

From there, you will be able to select the member of the teaching team that you want to contact whether it may be the Course Instructor, Teaching Assistant, or other course admin roles.

Going to their profile, you will then notice the 'Contact' button where you can start a conversation. See here to learn more about conversations.
