How to Access Learner Directory

1. One may access the Learner Directory (if enabled for discovery) at the top menu. 

2. Click on the ellipsis for more options

3. Choose “Learner” or the learner alias (i.e. one may rename learner to “participant”)

Search:

Click on the magnifying glass to search learners by name or search from profile details (for example: Location (city, state, country), business unit, answers to profile questions, etc.).

Sort:

Click on the left side drop-down menu to filter all learners, learners who are in the same group or teams as you, or learners who are not part of any teams/groups.

Use this last option, “Learners with no team” to find learners to invite to your team or group.
