Some identity providers generate a new certificate on an annual basis. If your identity provider's certificate used for single sign-on needs to be updated, an Org Admin must submit a request to our Support Team (hello@novoed.com) with the following information:

1. A secured link to the new certificate (or request the Support Team provide you with an upload link to share the new certificate)
2. A link to your NovoEd institution
3. Desired date/time/timezone of when the new certificate should be installed
