I have uploaded a video recording from my newer iPhone (12 and above) that is within the size limits, but the platform is stating "Preview Not Available Yet."
Higher video resolution settings are causing issues with interpreting the media file. We recommend using the Most Compatible option in your iPhone's settings and attempting the recording and upload again. (You may also try converting the video to a .mp4 file using a video conversion service.) Please contact our Support Team at email@example.com if you have any issues.
To adjust the camera's settings:
- Go to your phone's Settings page.
- Select Camera.
- Select Formats.
- Select Most Compatible.
