LEARNERS:
If you are attempting to access a learning experience on NovoEd but you encountered this page, it indicates that your device is attempting to log you into NovoEd with an email address that is NOT enrolled in a NovoEd learning experience, or course.
While courses are hosted on NovoEd, your company or organization manages course enrollment. The NovoEd Support Team cannot enroll learners into courses. Please contact the NovoEd course administrator at your company or organization for assistance.
NOVOED ADMINS:
If a learner contacts you that they have encountered this error, please check the following:
- Verify the course URL used by the learner is for the correct course.
- Go to the course’s User Management section and verify the learner is enrolled.

Go to the course’s User Management section and verify the learner's email address is spelled correctly and matches the email address being used by the learner's device
To access the User Management section:
- Visit the course’s homepage.
- Select the Admin wrench icon in the top-right corner.
- Select User Management from the drop-down menu.
- Search for the learner.
What's next?

If the learner is not enrolled in the course, manually enroll the learner.
- If the learner is already enrolled with a different email address and needs their email address updated, please submit a request to the NovoEd Support Team (hello@novoed.com) with the following information:
