To create a quiz, visit the Lesson you’d like the quiz to be located. Once in the lesson, click on the gear located in the upper-right-hand corner of the lesson. That will enable you to go to “Edit Mode”, where you can add a quiz component.
Then a modal will pop-up where you can select whether your quiz is for the purpose of assessing a learner or for practice. If it’s the former you’ll be able to set the maximum attempts your learners will have to complete the quiz and If it’s the latter you will not have that option.
Once created, you will be navigated to the “Add Quiz Questions” page where you can customize your quiz questions as you’d like.
You can select from the following question format options:
As a quick note, make sure to properly insert the possible answers to your quiz questions. Also, be aware that slight misspellings of an answer will be marked as wrong. You might want to re-check the answers yourself in that case.
In the GIF below you can see how you are able to change the name of a quiz, mark it as a to-do, and set a deadline.
If you have to make edits to your quiz, you can visit the To-do timeline on top of the course homepage to view the quiz, navigate to the top of the lesson and select the gear icon.
Once in “Edit Mode” you can navigate to the quiz component in the lesson and select blue pencil to the right of the quiz. There you will be given the opportunity to do the following: Edit the quiz basics, edit your questions, remove deadlines, copy the quiz to a different lesson, move the quiz to a different lesson, or delete the quiz altogether.
