A new lesson page can be created from either the course outline or from an existing lesson. Once your lesson page has been created, you can learn how to add and edit the page content here.
From Course Outline:
From the course outline, use the wrench icon and select “Edit Course Outline” to enter Edit Mode.
Once in Edit Mode, you must either add a new section or subsection to the course, or choose an existing section for your new lesson page. From the desired section, use either the plus icon at the top of the section (or subsection) or the more options menu from an existing lesson.
Using the plus icon at the top of the section (or subsection) will create the new lesson at the end of the section (or subsection).
Using the more options menu of an existing lesson, will create the new lesson directly below the existing lesson.
From an Existing Lesson Page:
When viewing a lesson page (not in Edit Mode), click on the gear icon on the top right corner of the page, and select “Create a New Lesson” to create a new lesson page.
The new lesson will be created in the same section or subsection as the lesson you were already viewing and appear after that lesson. You can learn how to add and edit the page content here.
Note: New lesson pages will have a default release date that is one month after the date they are created. As an administrator, you will be able to see these items but learners will not. If you copy an existing lesson page, the release date of the existing lesson will be applied to the new lesson.
