Upon signing in to your NovoEd account, you will notice four badges in the navigation panel on the left-hand side with notification alerts to keep you up to date with your current and ongoing courses.
Announcements
- A list of all course announcements will appear here in the dropdown.
- You may also read announcements from other courses without leaving your current course.
- When clicking on the specific announcement, you will be directed to the Announcement Page and you will notice your notification count drop
Course Notifications
- In the second badge, you will notice course notifications including when submissions are ready for review, when deadlines are approaching, and any @mentions on discussion posts or comments.
- All course reminders regarding course profile will also appear here.
Team Invitations & Membership Requests
- Here you will have the opportunity to accept or decline requests from other team members, groups, mentors, etc.
- Note that learners will not receive in-app notifications or emails when added to a team and changes to a team.
