For select assignments, you may be asked to download a PDF template, add text, and submit the PDF with the added text. There are several ways this can be done:
1. Using Adobe Acrobat Reader - In Adobe Acrobat Reader (free of charge), you can add text to a PDF and save the changes as a PDF. You can then upload the saved PDF to NovoEd for the assignment submission.

Note: If you are using an older version of Adobe Reader, you may not be able to save changes to your PDF file - make sure your version is up-to-date and licensed if you are having any challenges.
2. By Hand - You can print out the template, fill it out by hand and either scan it as a PDF or take a picture and upload the photo.
3. Exporting a Presentation - You may import the PDF into a presentation (ie. Powerpoint, Google Slides, Keynote) then exporting as a PDF after adding text.
