In the case that you have signed up for multiple accounts (each NovoEd account is linked with a separate email address), you can choose to delete the duplicate by writing in with your situation http://help.novoed.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Although we do not support merging of accounts, we will work with you on preserving consistency and highly recommend sticking with your primary (most active) account.
At any point in the course, you can change the login email address of your account through your Account Page. First, click on your profile photo in the top right corner and visit "Account" to adjust settings and NovoEd Account Details. You can change your name, email address, password, and email preferences there by clicking the corresponding "Edit" for each section.
