Mentor+ Mentee Lens

Overview

Mentee Lens summarizes recent NovoEd course activity, including discussion contributions, assignment and roleplay activity, and feedback, and provides mentors with timely context they can use to make their upcoming 1-on-1 session more specific and valuable.

Approximately 24 hours before the next meeting, an AI-generated summary will appear within the mentor's program space. This helps mentors ask more relevant questions, connect learning to goals, and create a more personalized mentoring experience.

Roles & Permission Sets

Program Admins | Generative AI must be enabled by an Org Admin, in order for AI Meeting Prep to be enabled.

Directions

1. From within the Program, click the gear icon on the right hand corner to access the Program Configuration page.

2. On the Program Configuration page, scroll down to the Guidance tab on the left side.

3. Click the toggle button located to the right of Mentee Lens an ensure it is set to ON. It will then turn blue to show it is enabled*.
   *Note: Use the toggle button to disable Mentee Lens as well.

Once Mentee Lens is enabled, AI conversation starters will generate 24 hours before an upcoming session, using the mentee’s most recent relevant learning signals.
