Overview

In a 1:1 Program, both the Mentor and Mentee can receive on going communication, with guides to help them through their mentoring journey. Mentor+ will automatically send guides to mentors and mentees at key milestones and after their mentoring sessions via email and MS Teams. In this article, we will go over what that looks like.

Permissions

• Program Admins must have this enabled for both Mentors and Mentees to receive Guides. Please head to this article to see how that is set up.

Walk Through

As a mentor or mentee, communication is sent via email and the MS Teams Apps with guidance after each milestone and mentoring session. Guides can be customizable to learn how to set that up head here.

Guides for Program Milestones

After the mentee and mentor completes their profile a guide is sent via email and MS Teams App.

 The relevant guides are also accessible in the mentor-mentee workspace.

Guides after a session

Mentors and Mentees are sent guides after each session via email and MS Teams App, including a reminder message sent 48 hours before the scheduled session.
